Observation

During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed a storage closet at the front door entrance, a storage closet across from downstairs licensed bathroom, storage closet in play room, storage closet in napping room, three-bedroom doors upstairs, a closet next to upstairs licensed bathroom, and a closet at end of upstairs hallway accessible to children and not equipped with locking doors or other methods to prevent access.
